I help people who are tired of feeling unwell—physically, emotionally, or both—and who sense that something essential has been missing from their care.
My work is rooted in compassion, honesty, integrity, and resilience, and guided by a holistic approach that integrates medicine, psychiatry, lifestyle medicine, and the healing power of nature. I believe true well-being emerges when we care for the whole person—not just symptoms—and honor the deep connection among mind, body, environment, and community.
With extensive training in traditional Western medicine and psychiatry, I am uniquely positioned to support individuals who have tried conventional approaches without finding lasting relief. Many of the people I work with feel discouraged, demoralized, or mistrustful of the healthcare system—despite doing “everything right.” If you’re feeling sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, you are not alone, and there may be another way forward.
My approach blends Eastern and Western perspectives, evidence-based care, and thoughtful attention to lifestyle, stress, and environmental influences. I aim to help my patients feel more vibrant, energized, clear, and at ease in their lives.
My belief in resilience is both professional and personal. Like many, I have experienced grief, loss, trauma, and profound life transitions. These experiences shaped my understanding of healing—not as a quick fix, but as a process that unfolds with patience, curiosity, and support. Nature has been a constant source of grounding and restoration throughout my life, and it continues to inform my work and philosophy of care.
These experiences led me to found Salus, a name rich in meaning: health, healing, and wholeness. Through Salus, I share the tools, insights, and approaches that have helped me—and many others—navigate stress, burnout, and life’s inevitable challenges.
I embrace the Whole Person Health model, which emphasizes self-awareness, values-driven goals, and personalized care. Tools such as the Personal Health Inventory help individuals identify what matters most to them and create meaningful, achievable plans for change. When additional guidance is helpful, personalized coaching can make all the difference—and I am glad to walk alongside you in that process.
If you’re curious about a more integrative, thoughtful, and human-centered approach to care, I invite you to reach out. We can begin with a conversation and explore whether working together feels right for you.
