A Free Lecture Series on Whole-Person Health, Community, and the Healing Power of Nature
Join us for an inspiring series of free lectures exploring the deep connection between our health, our lifestyle, and our relationship with the natural world.
This program invites you to reflect on essential questions:
What matters most to you right now? What brings you joy and meaning? What do you need to build healthier habits, supportive relationships, and a life aligned with your values?
Create a better future by embracing nature.
Heal yourself. Heal your relationships. Reconnect with the natural world.
In this lecture series, Dr. Siham Muntasser explores the principles of Whole Person Health and One Health—integrative frameworks that recognize the profound interconnection between individual well-being, community health, and the environment.
Research consistently shows that spending time in nature supports both physical and mental health. This program translates that knowledge into practical, accessible tools you can use to improve your quality of life. Participants will learn from a proven, repeatable, and reliable model of care rooted in both ancient Eastern wisdom and modern Western medicine—offering new ways to enhance resilience, vitality, and well-being through a more connected life with nature.
The program explores how lifestyle—especially our relationship with nature—affects health at a biological and psychological level, including:
From a neurobiological perspective, the series highlights how many conditions can be prevented, improved, or managed through interventions beyond medication, emphasizing nature as a powerful and often underutilized form of medicine.
Dr. Siham Muntasser is a board-certified psychiatrist, lifestyle medicine physician, and health and wellness coachwith a deep commitment to environmental health.
